9. Service Availability

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including:

• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Requests by law enforcement
• Extended periods of inactivity

Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. You may also terminate your account at any time through the app settings.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice before the new terms take effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to use VocalVibe after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the updated terms.
